During this period we will be upgrading the software one location at a time. During the upgrade at a location, all phones and traffic will be redirected to one of our other servers. Minimal interruption should occur, if you are having trouble making calls during this period, please try restarting your device.

This upgrade will bring with it the following major changes and improvements:

Contact Center Features

- Analytics with public\private customizable Wallboards

- SMS routing for call queues

- New call queue statistic tracking

- Per queue login for endpoints\phones

New Features

- Extension-free screen sharing in Portal Video (Beta)

- Added new Sites functionality (new scope "Site Office Manager" coming later)

- Audit log now tracks many more changes to the system and by whom

- Added ability to automatically add MAC Addresses to our Polycom and Yealink Zero Touch Provisioning servers

- Alpha testing on Office 365 integration

Improvements

- TLS and SRTP rolling our for all supported clients

- Added support for Zero Touch Provisioning of new Cisco Endpoints (SPA and MPP phones)

- 3-Way Calling has been added to Web Phone

- Improved support and escape sequences for multiple auto attendants in a domain

- New mobile Android and iOS Softphone release with improved push capability

- Chat and SMS enabled in the Softphone

- Brandable Softphone for partners is now available (chargeable add-on)
