After monitoring overnight, the upstream traffic has normalized and we are not seeing any further reports of inbound issues in the affected areas. The carrier has also confirmed the same from their end.

Update from our carrier:

"The upstream carrier has replaced the affected equipment and is working diligently to restore calling to the affected areas. We are monitoring for calls to begin flowing to the areas that were affected as the equipment is brought back online."

All calls outbound from our platform continue to work without issue and inbound calls outside of the affected areas of "Winnipeg, Brandon, Selkirk and Steinbach" are flowing normally.

Location: Winnipeg, Brandon, Selkirk and Steinbach

Our front line team has identified a service affecting incident involving an upstream carrier that is causing calls to not be routed to our platform. This does not affect the outbound calling.

As per our carrier:

"The carrier in areas Winnipeg, Brandon, Selkirk and Steinbach is experiencing an outage due to flooding. They are currently working on this to resolve it as soon as possible."
