At this time calls with recording enabled are not available in the portal. We are investigating the issue and are working with the engineers to resolve the problem and restore access to the recorded calls.
Update: We are installing an update this evening to the recording hardware. We do not anticipate losing access to any recorded calls. The issue relates to converting the calls to a downloadable\playable format. We are continuing to record all calls as requested and they should be available for download or playback after the upgrade this evening. We'll update this incident notice after completion.
